THE ROAD
SO FAR

Since its creation during the summer of 2004, to handle and perform a bunch of beautiful and genuine stand-alone songs penned by songwriter Dave Andre, Moodcut can look back on a stack of unique concerts and can call more than 40 songs their own.

Performed with experienced guitar, sensual vocals, deep bass lines, snaring percussions, and a soundtrack-piano, Moodcut has found its sound in between Acoustic, Groove, and Pop, conveyed with a disarming authenticity.

Known as "Being Dave Andre", changing members still fall back on how it all began: playing intimate gigs with the smallest working cast, meaning guitar and voices or guitar, voice, and percussion.

THE
MILESTONE

After having been busy writing new songs, rearranging some existing ones, and finishing half-baked lyrics for a few years now, we're currently focussing every spare minute on a concept double album containing 21 tracks.
As we intend to produce this milestone by ourselves, the earliest release date will be by the end of 2024 - which is somewhat roseate at this point considering the inconceivable workscope we're heading to.

Many ideas will be discarded until eventually concept, cover arts, recordings, and lyrics will evolve simultaneously as if they were made of one piece, and we've uncovered the only true shape of an eternally changing rock - poetically spoken.
